The new formulation now contains 30% more tannins, for greater protective and preventative effectiveness. Alder cones are recommended for tropical fish, particularly characins, dwarf cichlids, bettas, discus, and bottom-dwelling fish, helping to strengthen the immune system, protect mucous membranes, prevent bacterial and fungal infections, and reduce stress.
